Pravin Agarwal brought Sawari to the West Coast and leads its presence across the San Francisco Bay Area. Based in San Francisco, he focuses on customer experience, local partnerships, service excellence, and the growth of Sawari Seniors into a trusted community of 500+ members. Before Sawari, Pravin spent 13+ years at Oracle and also worked with Deloitte and EMC Square, building a strong foundation in enterprise technology, consulting, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and execution. He brings that same discipline, reliability, and attention to detail to everything he leads at Sawari. Pravin started Sawari Seniors after seeing a gap many immigrant families quietly live with: parents visiting for months at a time, while their adult children work full-time and cannot always be there during the day. Sawari Seniors was built to close that gap — offering safe, joyful, senior-friendly outings that give parents their own days out, meaningful companionship, and a sense of community, even far from home. Richa is a finance executive and CPA with over two decades of experience in strategic finance, IPO readiness, and financial operations at high-growth companies. She holds dual credentials as a CPA (US) and Chartered Accountant (India), with a foundation built at Big 4 firms. She advises Sawari on financial strategy and operations, bringing the discipline and rigor of scaling companies to a business she believes in.

Recent graduate from Indianapolis, Anshul handles day-to-day operations and works on expanding Sawari's market presence. From coordinating rides to building partnerships, he brings fresh energy and hustle to the team.
